Welcome to Maple Valley Farm, where 2025 marked the beginning of our exciting journey with the stunning Valais Blacknose Sheep. We were instantly captivated by their unique features, charming personalities, and loyal, dog-like nature. Originally from Switzerland, this hardy breed thrives in a wide range of conditions, making them a wonderful addition to our farm.

 

As proud members of the Valais Blacknose Sheep Society and participants in the Breed Up Program, we are working toward producing our first Australian Pures in 2026. Our focus is on ethical, responsible breeding that upholds the recommended standards while ensuring each sheep is healthy, well-raised, and full of character.

 

Looking ahead, our breeding plans in 2026 aim to offer a variety of generations—including F1s, F3s, and Australian Pures.
